Hi,
I wanted to write and say thank you!  Not sure if you remember me or not.  I came into your office mid-August looking to visit Puerto Maldonado.  Isabel scheduled everything for me.  And I couldn’t have been happier with the trip that she arranged for me.  She booked my flight too, and got me into InkaTerra Hacienda Concepcion.  All on short notice!  I had strict days in which I could travel and you guys accommodated me perfectly!
 
I just wanted to tell Isabel thank you from the bottom of my heart.  You were right, the lodge was ‘very nice’!  Indeed 🙂  Big, plush towels, fresh linens every day.  The food was wonderful and all the staff was so friendly and welcoming.  I barely had time to nap with all the activities 🙂  It was exactly what I was looking for!

Aquí estoy de regreso con las niñitas, JPierre se quedo en Chile trabajando. Hemos llegado bien cansadas pero con la cabeza llena de imágenes y cosas para contar y hacer que algunos se vuelvan celosos de nuestro viaje. 😉 Espero que tu también hayas llegado bien a tu casa y que la pesca no te haya frustrado 😛 .
Tenemos miles de fotos que grabar en el disco del computador. Una vez hecho, te enviaré algunas de las más destacadas.  Me queda solamente agradecerte tu ayuda y la de Isabel por haber realizado este viaje que ha quedado en nuestras memorias. This review is long overdue. I booked cusco and machupicchu classical tour with kipachiperutravel last year. It was one of the most memorable experience of my life. Patricia helped me in booking the tour, she was very patient throughout. I emailed her numerous times and she was quick to respond every time. All the hotels she booked were just awesome. Though I didn’t get a chance to meet her. In Peru one of her colleagues Isabel met us everyday in morning and explain the itinerary for that day. Although I opted for classical tour, it was completely customized to our needs. Thanks to both of them making this such a fantastic experience. I recommended kipachi to couple of my friends as well.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the 3 days of custom tours you arranged for us. Our guide and driver were excellent and we especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to focus on the things that interested us.
